Tracy Howland, LCPC

Tracy is a licensed clinical professional counselor who works with individuals to help them heal and engage with life in healthy ways. She works with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, and grief. During your time together, you can expect treatment to be tailored to you. She believes therapy should be a place where you can take your mask off and be as you are. She strives to make an environment where you feel safe to do so. Her approach is relaxed and intuitive and she helps her clients gain insight and understanding into themselves. She strives to create a space where all feel heard, comfortable, valued, and safe.
