Mandie provides therapy for individuals ages 16 and up, helping them navigate life's challenges and engage in healthier ways. She specializes in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and grief, tailoring each session to meet their unique needs.

Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness techniques, Amanda utilizes evidence-based approaches to address symptoms of anxiety and depression. Her therapeutic style is relaxed, and she believes in each person's capacity for growth and self-actualization. She strives to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves.

With over 20 years of experience in the social work profession, Mandie has worked in a variety of settings, including healthcare, hospice, and foster care. Her diverse background provides her with a broad perspective, allowing her to offer meaningful insights that support her clients' personal growth.
