Kaitlyn Orear

LPC

Working with me as your therapist you can expect someone who is compassionate, non-judgmental, accepting, anti-oppressive and trauma-informed. You will be met with warmth rather than criticism, and curiosity. I prioritize safety, choice and control in the process. I listen carefully—not just to your words, but to the emotions and lived experiences underneath them. Over time, our therapeutic relationship can help you feel seen, respected, and empowered. I create a space for healing, growth, and lasting change.

We will focus on ensuring support, stabilization and effective coping/grounding skills as we dive into current challenges, important life experiences, and establish a collaborative framework for how your goals will be met. You are in control & have full autonomy here. Vulnerability takes risk and I foster a safe place for it to grow.
